The patrol division is responsible for providing law enforcement to all the unincorporated areas of Benton County and to all incorporated areas of the county which do not have their own enforcement agency. The County is divided into 6 patrol districts, with deputies assigned to each district. Deputies will respond to calls of assistance within their assigned areas. They are also available to provide additional assistance to other agencies when needed.
